The Candy Factory is open for business on August 6, 2010
Lancaster, PA- The Candy Factory is celebrating its grand opening on August 6 from 6pm – 9pm by inviting all of Lancaster to come and spend First Friday viewing an eclectic mix of art and photography from local and regional artists.
Sponsored in part by The Creative House of Lancaster, the evening’s events will feature some light refreshments for everyone in attendance, a DJ providing music and tours of the newly opened gallery. The First Friday exhibition will highlight artists from The Creative House of Lancaster as well as other studios within 323 North Queen Street.
Located in the former Progressive Gallery, The Candy Factory is also home to Lancaster’s first coworking space. The Candy Factory provides a professional, yet relaxed, work environment for people looking for a creative, affordable way to work in the city.
